1. Are these forms all really totally free?

Yes, there is no charge for this service whatsoever.

2. Will there be a charge for certain forms?

No, all of the forms are totally free.

3. If I cancel my subscription to my current forms supplier and subscribe to your free forms will you start charging me at a later stage?

No, Free Form Law will always be a supplier of free forms and no charges will ever be made for these.

4. Will I still need to retain my existing forms package for any reason?

No, Free Form Law will supply you with every form that you need but for free. There is no reason at all to retain your existing forms subscription.

5. Will the Free Form Law forms link in to my existing Case Management system as at present they auto fill because my forms and Case Management supplier are one and the same?

All of our forms are supplied in Microsoft Word Format so should integrate with your Case Management system as easily as a normal standard letter. You can then map the form to your case management system the same as you do your letters to allow auto filling of the forms.

6. How can you supply these forms for free, I pay my existing supplier a considerable amount per year for the service you are offering at no cost to me at all?

As a web based provider of forms we have no overheads in physically supplying forms. The overhead of developing the forms is met by our parent company Pracctice Ltd in order to allow free forms to its case management clients using their Osprey software. As the forms are available on the web to all Pracctice clients there is no additional cost in rolling out this service to the entire UK legal market.

7. Are all of the forms authorised and will they be acceptable when I submit them?

Yes.

8. How will my forms be updated?

All of the forms will be centrally updated on our web site. Notification of updates will be made clearly on the web site so that you can log on and see which forms have been updated before then downloading them.

9. What system requirements are there? Do I need ‘reader’ software installed?

There is no local software required to be installed on your machines. All you need is a copy of Microsoft Word version 2000 or above.

10. Can I get a Virus on my machine from downloading these?

No, all of the forms are of course virus free.

11. Will I be bombarded with emails from various companies once I have submitted my details?

No, your details will not be supplied to any third party companies. Our parent company Pracctice Ltd may send you information periodically that may be of interest to you.

12. I can’t imagine why I would but if I did want to unsubscribe could I?

Yes, at any time. But like you say, why would you want to!?

13. Is there a helpdesk I can contact for support?

No need, the forms simply download into Microsoft Word locally at the click of a button.

14. So, what’s the catch?

There isn’t one!
